Helical finned tubes are specialized heat transfer elements composed of a base tube and continuous spiral fins welded helically along the tube’s outer surface. They are typically made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel depending on the thermal and corrosion requirements. The fins are mechanically bonded or continuously welded to the base tube to ensure excellent heat conductivity and durability.
